Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Ademetionine Butanedisulfonate combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Method:A total of 72 pregnant women with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy who admitted to Quanzhou Women's and Children's Hospital from July 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ursodeoxycholic Acid,and the study group was treated with Ademetionine Butanedisulfonate combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid.The therapeutic effect,adverse reactions,serum total bile acid,serum γ-glutamyl transferase,skin pruritus score,neonatal adverse outcome and neonatal Apgar score at 1 min and 5 min after birth were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum total bile acid,γ-glutamyl transferase and skin pruritus scores in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total incidence of neonatal adverse outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the neonatal Apgar scores at 1 min and 5 min after birth were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ademetionine Butanedisulfonate combined with Ursodeoxycholic Acid in the treatment of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy can effectively control disease,improve liver function and neonatal outcome,and has good drug safety.关键词
