Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of the combination of modified Rougan Sanjie Decoction and Tenofovir Fumarate Dipyrfuroxime Tablet in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Method:178 patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted to Ninghua County General Hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 89 cases in each group.Control group was given Ruogan Sanjie Decoction plus subtraction and observation group was given Tenofovir dipifurate fumarate tablet.Clinical effects,aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),total bilirubin(TBil),hepatitis B virus DNA(HBV-DNA),liver elastic hardness and HBeAg,HBV-DNA negative conversion rate and HBeAg negative conversion rate,adverse reactions and quality of life were observed.Result:The curative effect of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,AST,ALT,TBil,HBV-DNA,liver elastic hardness and HBeAg in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).HBV-DNA negative conversion rate and HBeAg negative conversion rate in observation group were higher those in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ruogan Sanjie Decoction combined with Tenofovir dipifurate fumarate tablet has good curative effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B,which can effectively improve clinical indicators,increase the HBV-DNA and HBeAg negative conversion rate,improve the quality of life and improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
