高频电凝切除术治疗胃息肉对患者血流动力学的影响
Effect of High Frequency Electrocoagulation Resection on Hemodynamics in Patients with Gastric Polyps

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the impact of high-frequency electrocoagulation resection on the hemodynamics of patients with gastric polyps.Method:120 patients with gastric polyps admitted to the hospital from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into an observation group(n=60)and a control group(n=60).The observation group received high-frequency electrocoagulation resection,while the control group received conventional endoscopic surgery.The level of hemodynamic indexes and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups,such as the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,preoperative and intraoperative gastric mucosal blood flow(GMBF),gastric mucosal blood velocity(V),resistance index(RI),pulsitility index(PI)and so on.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in surgical time and intraoperative bleeding between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Before surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of hemodynamic indicators such as GMBF,V,RI and PI between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).During surgery,the GMBF and V of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the different was statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of RI and PI between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the comparison between the different was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:High frequency electrocoagulation resection can significantly increase the gastric mucosal blood flow and blood velocity in patients with gastric polyps,improve hemodynamic status,which also have a lower incidence of postoperative complications.Therefore,high-frequency electrocoagulation resection is a safe and effective method for treating gastric polyps.关键词
