综合护理干预联合穴位敷贴对肿瘤化疗患者癌因性疲乏及生活质量的影响
Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Combined with Acupoint Application on Cancer-related Fatigue and Quality of Life in Cancer Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with acupoint application on fatigue and quality of life in cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Method:70 patients admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from May to November 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the admission order,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention combined with acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The fatigue symptoms,quality of life and job satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the comparison of the scores of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).One month after intervention,the scores of cancer-related fatigue and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).And the scores of job satisfaction in the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with acupoint application has a good effect on cancer chemotherapy patients,which can effectively reduce cancer-related fatigue,improve the quality of life and patients'satisfaction.关键词
