Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of defense system intervention combined with Baker cognitive therapy in perioperative patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm.Method:A total of 110 patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm admitted to The Second Affiliated Hospital of University of South China from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and all of whom underwent surgical treatment.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The reference group received conventional perioperative nursing measures,and the experimental group received defense system intervention combined with Baker cognitive therapy intervention on the basis of reference group.The negative emotion before and after the intervention was compared,the complication rate of the two groups of patients was observed,and the satisfaction degree of the two groups of patients with nursing measures was calculated.Result:The hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of experimental group were lower than those of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)in experimental group were lower than those of reference group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in experimental group was significantly lower than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of experimental group was significantly higher than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Defense system intervention combined with Baker cognitive therapy has a good effect on perioperative patients with abdominal aortic aneurysm,which can improve patients'negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,reduce complications,and improve patient satisfaction.关键词
