Abstract

In narrowband active noise control(NANC),non-acoustic sensors are often used to obtain reference signals,but non-acoustic sensors can cause errors due to aging and fatigue accumulation,resulting in frequency mismatch(FM)in the NANC system,leading to reduced noise reduction performance.To address this problem,an adaptive compensation(AC)based control scheme is proposed,which uses filtering to enhance the correlation between the fittering enhanced signal and the original signal,and a frequency tracking quality evaluation factor is designed,so that the scheme can achieve more accurate tracking of frequency to achieve better FM compensation results.Through simulation comparison,it is found that the AC scheme can cope with larger FM compared to the conventional solution,giving the NANC system better stability and initially verifying the superiority of the algorithm.Further bench tests and real machine tests are carried out,and the test results show that when the FM reached 10%,the NANC system optimised by the AC solution still achievs 15.2 dB,24.1 dB and 21.2 dB noise reduction for the 2nd,4th and 6th order of the excavator,further verifying the performance of the solution.It also shows that the scheme can effectively achieve the control of FM and has high practical value.
