摘要
Abstract
Over the past 40 years,the work related to agriculture,rural areas,and farmers has always been the top priority of the entire Party's work. The Decision of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China further proposed to improve the system and mechanism for integrated urban-rural development. This indicates that in the current and future period,the Party and the state should closely focus on the goal of this system and mechanism,continuously improve and accelerate the focus and direction of promoting agricultural and rural modernization work. Based on the current characteristics of agricultural and rural development in China,a series of measures have been taken and a large array of achievements have been made,but the agriculture and rural areas in China are still calling for development. Compared with developed countries such as the United States,the agricultural labor productivity,land output rate,and resource utilization rate in China are not high;compared with other domestic non-agricultural production sectors,problems such as relatively backward application of agricultural technology and production methods are still prominent. Therefore,starting from the national and agricultural conditions,we should accurately grasp the structural and trend changing characteristics of China's agricultural and rural development at the current stage. By adhering to the integration of urban and rural development,improving agricultural labor productivity,and expanding moderate scale operations,we can continuously promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas in China and accelerate the construction of an agricultural powerhouse.关键词
