摘要
Abstract
New quality productive forces is the key force to promote high-quality development and comprehensive social progress,with great strategic value. It is a strategic initiative amid global changes of a magnitude not seen in a centur;it is an inevitable choice to adapt to the transformation of China's economic development stage;it is the core support for a Chinese path to modernization;it is the practical requirementsto to meet the people 's aspirations for a better life;it is the promoting force of the coordinated development between regions. New quality productive forces have rich connotations. Following the paradigm of"sciencetechnology-economy-governance",new quality productive forcesbasically serve as the quality of advanced productivity;the three elements of new quality productive forces,"subject+object+tools",and their optimized combinations are constantly leaping up;new quality productive forces is booming in"traditional industries+strategic emerging industries+future industries". The practical requirements ofnew quality productive forcesare expected to be explained from thethree dimensionsof"environment-elements-industry",to be more specific,thethree dimensions of upgraded environment,aggregated elements and strengthened industry. Upgraded environment requires completing the policy support system of developingnew quality productive forces;aggregated elements require fully releasing the fusion effect of the element;strengthened industry requires grasping the main direction to the development of new quality productive forcesand building a modern industrial system.关键词
