摘要
Abstract
Due to the inherent black box,technical neutrality and potential uncertainty of algorithms,traditional interpretation right of algorithms is coming out at the elbows to resist obstruction of algorithms,and also poses interpretability problems in technology,which is in a difficult and awkward situation in terms of both theory and practice.On the basis of retaining the reasonable core of the traditional algorithm interpretation right,a bi-directional driving algorithm interpretation tool creatively has the interactive characteristics of multiple subjects,which can inspire multiple subjects to give full play to their advantages,fulfill efficient and collaborative algorithm co-governance,and open up innovative ideas for regulating algorithm governance dilemmas.At the level of rule optimization,we can organically integrate algorithm interpretation and algorithm review,refine algorithm interpretation rules,shape platform compliance system and improve algorithm governance mechanisms through dynamic and transparent paths,and finally realize the paradigm innovation of governance system under collaborative co-governance.关键词
