新高考改革对地方工科院校人才培养模式的影响及对策
The Influence of New University Entrance Exam Reforms on Talent Cultivation Mode of Regional Engineering Universities and Countermeasures
摘要
Abstract
The new university entrance exam reforms have brought opportunities and posed new challenges to regional engineering universities.Faced with new changes brought about by such reforms,regional engineering universities should take the initiative to respond to challenges,clarify the positioning of talent cultivation,and focus on featured development.On the one hand,strengthen the construction of disciplines and majors,enhance practical teaching and skill development,make prominent brand characteristics,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.On the other hand,establish a mechanism to adjust majors and promote employment of graduates.In the meantime,strengthen admission promotion,establish a mechanism linking employment feedback,admission and cultivation,ensure continuously sufficient and stable applicants with steadily improving quality,forming a sound interaction between talent cultivation and admission.关键词
