组态视角下青年创业者创业机会识别驱动因素及其路径研究
Research on Driving Factors and Paths of Entrepreneurial Opportunity Identification of Young Entrepreneurs from the Perspective of Configuration

Abstract
For young entrepreneurs,how to better recognize entrepreneurial opportunities is an urgent problem to be solved.At present,few studies have explored the complex causal mechanism in an overall framework between factors at various levels and young entrepreneurs 'recognition level of entrepreneurial opportunities.Using the configuration perspective and fsQCA method,it studies the synergistic effect of six antecedents at three levels including technology,entrepreneur and recognition environment on young entrepreneurs 'entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.It is found that (1) any single antecedent condition does not constitute a necessary condition for high entrepreneurial opportunity recognition;(2)there are three configurations with high entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,i.e.,dual-factor driving type of entrepreneurs and environment,all-factor driving type directed by digital technology,and all-factor driving type directed by entrepreneurship policy;and (3) there are five configurations that generate non-high entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,which are asymmetric to configurations that generate high entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.关键词
