Abstract
At present,since the main energy loss of power electronic equipment such as switching power supply is concentrated in the switching loss of switching devices,domestic and foreign scholars have carried out a lot of in-depth research on the soft switching technology to improve the efficiency of power electronic equipment.In this paper,a novel soft switching bidirectional large-ratio DC-DC converter is proposed.Through the design and application of the soft switching scheme,the voltage peak of the power switching tube is reduced,the corresponding zero voltage and zero cur-rent on-and-off of each power switching tube are realized,and the converter efficiency is improved.The working princi-ple and modal changes of the proposed converter were analyzed theoretically in detail,and an experimental prototype with 48～400 V and 400 W was also built to verify the theoretical analysis.关键词
