摘要
Abstract
This paper mainly designs a new type of large-diameter high-pressure maintenance tee blind flange to meet the maintenance and traffic requirements of the deep-buried shield tunnel and water conveyance tunnel of this project.By using mechanical calculation and finite element software to establish the blind flange model,the stress state of each detail structure of the dish cover is analyzed and calculated.The stress intensity of the traffic branch blind flange(dish cover)proposed in this paper is less than the material yield strength under both test and water pressure conditions;the structure fatigue life,head negative pressure and bolt strength check all meet the specification requirements.Therefore,the traffic branch blind flange(dish cover)proposed in this paper has reasonable,economical,safe and reliable overall structure design,which can be used for practical engineering and maintenance reference.关键词
