Abstract
In order to investigate the influence of slurry shield machine tunnelling parameters on tunnelling efficiency under different stratigraphical conditions,a quantitative analysis of the correlation between slurry shield machine tunnelling efficiency and major tunnelling parameters is carried out based on the field measurement data of the slurry shield machine tunnel project of the Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project B2 bid.Furthermore,a linear regression model is established to analyse the sensitivity of slurry shield machine tunnelling efficiency to changes in individual tunnelling parameters.The results show that the tunnelling efficiency is significantly and negatively correlated with cutter speed,total shield thrust,cutter torque,silo pressure in fault zone stratigraphy,with the sensitivity in descending order of cutter torque,total shield thrust,cutter speed and silo pressure.The tunnelling efficiency is clearly and positively correlated with cutter speed,cutter torque and is negatively correlated with total shield thrust in weakly weathered muddy siltstone,with the sensitivity in descending order of total shield thrust,cutter torque and cutter speed.In geological formations of weakly weathered muddy gravel,excavation efficiency is prominently and positively correlated with cutter speed and is negatively correlated with cutter torque,with the sensitivity in descending order of cutter torque,cutter speed.关键词
