Abstract
Aiming at the problem of the water ecological restoration for the small-medium sized rivers,the index system adapted to the ecological characteristics of the small-medium sized rivers and combined with the building of the ecocivilization was founded on the governance implementation present situation analysis,the theories and methods of the relevant research on controlling indexes of the ecological protection and restoration of the small-medium sized rivers at home and abroad,and the relevant achievements of the river health assessment.Taking"water ecological health"as the governance goal,Combined with the strategic needs of the small-medium sized rivers governance,the countermeasures of the water ecology governance were pointedly put forward for the small-medium sized rivers in different areas of China,the research results can provide reference for the ecological restoration of the small-medium sized rivers.关键词
