肌筋膜触发点手法按摩联合等速肌力训练治疗髌骨软化症的疗效观察
Therapeutic effect of myofascial trigger point manipulation massage combined with isokinetic muscle strength training in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of myofascial trigger point manual massage combined with isokinetic strength training in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae.Methods Sixty patients with chondromalacia pa-tellae who were treated at the outpatient department of Guangxi Orthopedic and Traumatology Hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,each with 30 cases.The control group received oral non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs combined with static squat training,while the treatment group received myofascial trigger point manual massage combined with isokinetic strength training.Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)scores,Lysholm scores,and Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)scores were observed before treatment,one week after treatment,and six months after treat-ment.The cure rate and efficacy rate were evaluated one week after treatment.Results One week and six months after treatment,the treatment group showed better VAS scores,Lysholm scores,HSS scores,and cure rates compared to the control group(P＜0.05),but no significant difference was observed in the efficacy rate(P＞0.05).One week and six months after treatment,the treatment group showed significant improvements in VAS scores,Lysholm scores,and HSS scores compared to before treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion Myofascial trigger point manual massage combined with isokinetic strength training can effectively relieve knee joint pain and improve knee joint function.关键词
