食管癌术后居家康复患者不适症状水平及其影响因素
Study on the levels of discomfort symptoms and their influencing factors in postoperative Home rehabilitation of esophageal cancer patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the current levels of discomfort symptoms in esophageal cancer patients un-dergoing home rehabilitation after surgery and to analyze the influencing factors.Methods A total of 202 esophageal cancer patients who had been discharged for 6 months after surgery between July 2022 and July 2023 were selected for the study.The study utilized a general information questionnaire,the Anderson Symptom Assessment Scale for Gastrointestinal Symptoms,the Brief Resilience Scale,the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire,and the Chinese version of the Psychoso-cial Adjustment to Illness Scale.Results The discomfort symptom score of esophageal cancer patients during home reha-bilitation was 83.40±16.14.Pearson correlation analysis revealed that discomfort symptoms were positively correlated with disease adaptation and medical coping styles(P＜0.001),and negatively correlated with psychological resilience(P＜0.001).Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that pathological staging,disease adaptation,psychological re-silience,and medical coping styles were influencing factors for discomfort symptoms.Conclusion The level of discomfort symptoms in esophageal cancer patients undergoing home rehabilitation is moderate.Healthcare providers should imple-ment personalized nursing measures based on pathological staging,disease adaptation,psychological resilience,and medi-cal coping styles to reduce the discomfort of patients and improve their quality of life during postoperative home rehabilita-tion.关键词
