Research on NLRP3 inflammasome and related pathways in ulcerative colitis
摘要
Abstract
Ulcerative colitis is a persistent or recurrent chronic non-specific inflammatory disease of the intes-tine,and its etiology and pathogenesis are currently unclear.NLPR3 inflammasome is a type of high molecular protein complex that can initiate inflammatory responses and induce cell pyroptosis in innate immunity.Recent studies have shown that NLRP3 inflammasomes and related pathways,as important components of innate immunity,play an important role in the occurrence and development of ulcerative colitis by activating inflammatory responses and inducing cell pyroptosis.This article reviews the relationship between NLRP3 inflammasome and related pathways and ulcerative colitis,providing reference for subsequent related research.关键词
