产教融合多主体协同培养专业学位研究生的困境与破解
摘要
Abstract
In the national high-level applied research personnel training,professional degree graduate education has undertaken the main task.The integration of industry and education is an important way to cultivate talents,which is characterized by cooperation and cooperation among multiple subjects.Burton Cluck's"Triangle theory"explicitly states that the operating mechanism of university governance revolves around the relationship and interaction among the three basic elements of government,academia and market.From the perspective of"Triangle relationship theory",this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by the multi-subjects in the integration of industry and education in cultivating professional degree graduates,and puts forward some corresponding solving strategies,it is expected to provide a breakthrough for the further innovation of the talent training mode and the comprehensive deepening of the integration of industry and education.关键词
