摘要
Abstract
Experience feedback is an important part of nuclear safety culture and an important management tool for improving nuclear power performance,which is widely used in all professional fields of nuclear power.This paper introduces the use of experience feedback in tool management in the field of nuclear power maintenance support to establish a continuous improvement work cycle within the profession,lists practical cases in solving staff weaknesses and improving work quality,and achieves the effect of improving performance through the implementation of corresponding measures.The empirical feedback working method demonstrated in this paper has a certain reference value for the performance improvement in the field of nuclear power maintenance support.关键词
