Abstract
In June 2019,the Regulations on the Qualification Management of Welding Personnel for Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment and the Regulations on the Qualification Management of Non-destructive Examination Personnel for Civil Nuclear Safety Equipment were issued,and took effect on January 1,2020.In this paper,by selecting a typical representative enterprise in the nuclear power industry,the construction of special technical personnel of civil nuclear safety equipment(hereinafter referred to as special technical personnel,including welding personnel and non-destructive examination personnel)in each unit in the three years from 2020 to 2022 is investigated,and the overall construction of special technical personnel in the industry is understood.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the reform of the new regulations has brought positive effects to the construction of special process personnel in the nuclear power industry,and also provides data support for the evaluation or revision of the new regulations in the future.关键词
