微嗜酸寡养单胞菌A2用于饲料添加剂的潜力分析OA北大核心CSTPCD
Potential analysis of Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila A2 as a feed additive
[目的]分析微嗜酸寡养单胞菌(Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila)A2 对昆明小鼠的毒性作用,评价其安全性,为开发有效去除黄曲霉素 B1(aflatoxin B1,AFB1)的活菌饲料添加剂提供理论依据.[方法]连续 14 d给昆明小鼠灌胃 0.02 mL·g-1·d-1(以小鼠体质量为标准)的微嗜酸寡养单胞菌 A2 发酵液,以生理盐水为对照组,测定雌雄昆明小鼠生长性能、器官指数、血常规和血清生化指标,以及肝脏和肾脏组织的抗氧化指标(总抗氧化活力、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和丙二醛)、肝脏免疫指标(IL-β 和 TNF-α)和脾脏免疫指标(CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8),并对肝脏进行组织病理学观察,在此基础上进行综合评定.[结果]通过比较分析发现,加入微嗜酸寡养单胞菌 A2 发酵液后,与对照组相比,小鼠的生长性能、器官指数、血常规、血清生化指标、肝脏和肾脏组织的抗氧化指标、肝脏和脾脏免疫指标及肝脏的组织结构均无显著差异.[结论]微嗜酸寡养单胞菌 A2灌胃对昆明小鼠无明显毒性作用,作为饲料添加剂的潜力巨大.
[Objective]To study the toxic effects of Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila A2 fermentation broth on Kumming mice,and evaluate its safety aim to provide a theoretical reference for the develop-ment of feed additives for removing aflatoxin B1(AFB1).[Method]Kumming mice were given 0.02 mL·g-1·d-1 body weight of Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila A2 fermentation broth daily for 14 days,and normal saline was used as the control group.Many index were evaluated,such as physical indicators by measuring growth performance,organ weight index,blood routine and serum biochemical indicators,antioxidant indicators in liver and kidney tissues(total antioxidant activity,superoxide dis-mutase,glutathione peroxidase and malondialdehyde),immune indicators of liver(IL-β and TNF-α)and spleen(CD3,CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8),and liver histopathological sections.On this basis,the comprehensive evaluation is carried out.[Results]The results showed that Stenotrophomonas acidami-niphila A2 fermentation broth had no significant difference from the control group in growth perform-ance,organ index,blood routine,serum biochemical indicators,antioxidant indices of liver and kid-ney tissues,immune indices of liver and spleen,and histopathological sections of liver.[Conclusion]The results indicated that Stenotrophomonas acidaminiphila strain A2 fermentation broth had no obvious toxic effect on mice,and also had great potential as a feed additive.
