不同浓度外源硒对中等盐胁迫下小麦幼苗的影响OA北大核心CSTPCD
Effects of different concentrations of exogenous selenium on wheat seedlings under moderate salt stress
[目的]探究不同浓度外源硒(Se)对小麦幼苗中等盐胁迫(100 mmol·L-1)的缓解效果.[方法]采用水培试验,以小麦百农 207 和亚硒酸钠为供试材料,设置 CK(不添加 NaCl 和 Se)、Na(100 mmol·L-1 NaCl)、NaSe5(100 mmol·L-1 NaCl+5 μmol·L-1 Se)、NaSe10(100 mmol·L-1 NaCl+10 μmol·L-1 Se)、NaSe20(100 mmol·L-1 NaCl+20 μmol·L-1 Se)5 个处理,测定小麦幼苗生物量、根系参数、光合特性(光合色素含量和光合参数)及离子平衡(Na+、K+含量及其转运系数).[结果]与 CK相比,中等盐胁迫显著降低了小麦幼苗干物质积累量、根系形态参数、光合特性及小麦幼苗地上部和根部的 K+含量和 K+转运系数,但是显著增加了小麦 Na+含量和 Na+转运系数;在中等盐胁迫下,不同浓度外源 Se对小麦幼苗影响不同,其中,施用 5 μmol·L-1 Se能够最大程度增加小麦幼苗的干质量、总根表面积、叶绿素 a和净光合速率,分别增加了 15.00%、44.36%、34.65%和 39.21%,同时降低小麦幼苗 Na+转运系数、地上部和根部 Na+/K+比值,分别降低了 11.13%、42.37%和 51.18%.[结论]适宜浓度的外源 Se(5 μmol·L-1)能够有效缓解中等盐胁迫对小麦幼苗生长发育带来的损害.
[Objective]To explore the alleviating effects of different concentrations of exogenous seleni-um(Se)on moderate salt stress(100 mmol·L-1)of wheat seedlings.[Method]A hydroponic ex-periment was carried out with wheat Bainong 207 and sodium selenite as test materials.Five treatments were set up:CK(without adding NaCl and Se),Na(100 mmol·L-1 NaCl),NaSe5(100 mmol·L-1 NaCl+5 μmol·L-1 Se),NaSe10(100 mmol·L-1 NaCl+10 μmol·L-1 Se)and NaSe20(100 mmol·L-1 NaCl+20 μmol·L-1 Se).Wheat seedling biomass,root parameters,photosynthetic char-acteristics(photosynthetic pigment content and photosynthetic parameters)and ion balance(Na+,K+content and their transport coefficients)were determined.[Result]Compared with CK,the 100 mmol·L-1 NaCl stress significantly reduced dry matter accumulation,root morphological parameters,photo-synthetic characteristics,K+content and K+transport coefficient in shoot and root,but significantly in-creased Na+content and Na+transport coefficient in roots and shoot of wheat seedlings.Under medium salt stress,wheat seedling exhibited varying responses to different concentrations of exogenous Se.Among them,the application of 5 μmol·L-1 Se could increase dry weight,total root surface area,chlorophyll a and net photosynthetic rate of wheat seedlings to the greatest extent by 15.00%,44.36%,34.65%and 39.21%,respectively.At the same time,this treatment decreased the Na+transport coefficient and the Na+/K+ratio in the ground and root of wheat seedlings to 11.13%,42.37%and 51.18%.[Conclusion]Appropriate concentration of exogenous Se(5 μmol·L-1)can effectively alleviate the damage of moderate salt stress on the growth and development of wheat seedlings.
