摘要

Abstract

In a low-grade sulfide lead-zinc ore from Inner Mongolia,the lead(Pb)grade is 0.90%,and the zinc(Zn)grade is 3.23%.The primary target minerals,galena and sphalerite,are predominantly disseminated within gangue minerals in a impregnated state,exhibiting mutual encapsulation phenomena.The vein minerals are mainly calcium iron pyroxene,calcite,epidote,calcium aluminum garnet,and quartz.Based on the results of process mineralogy and conditional experimental research,the flotation process flow of"prioritizing lead-lead tailings selection for zin"had been determined.Through closed circuit test,qualified lead concentrate with a Pb grade of 66.83%and a recovery rate of 85.42%can be obtained,and qualified zinc concentrate with a Zn grade of 53.26%and a recovery rate of 91.53%can be obtained.Compared with the flotation process of the beneficiation plant,the new process adopts a new type of collector 8230 and activator X-46 with better selectivity.The amount of lime used has been reduced from the original 12.56 kg/t to 4 kg/t,effectively alleviating the pipeline blockage problem caused by the extensive use of lime and its adverse effects on tail water treatment.
