察尔汗盐湖矿区卤水氨浓度分布特征研究OA
Research on the distribution characteristics of ammonia concentration in brine of mining area in Qarhan Salt Lake
我国食品级和医药级氯化钾生产规模小,难以满足市场需求,采用低氨氮原卤直接进行食品级和医药级氯化钾生产是提高产品质量、降低生产成本的可行途径,而选用低氨氮原卤的关键在于明晰盐湖卤水氨浓度分布特征.本文以察尔汗盐湖矿区为研究对象,根据矿区资源开发现状,分别对水平和垂直两个方向的原始卤水进行取样,选取其中具有代表性的数据进行分析,结果表明:察尔汗盐湖矿区卤水可以分为三大高氨区域和四大低氨区域,三大高氨区域中1号和2号高氨区域是采矿和溶矿作业所致,而3号高氨区域可能是由于浮选尾液进入光卤石池并在循环利用过程中渗漏扩散所致;四大低氨区域中①号和③号区域分布较为集中,②号和④号区域分布较狭长,但④号区域距离加工厂较近,卤水开采及输送较为便利,故选取③号和④号区域中氨质量浓度为20~40 mg/L的范围作为原料采集点较为合适.Kruskal-Wallis检验结果表明:卤水氨浓度与其所处层位有关,通过Dunnett's T3多重比较可知,1 m深度的卤水氨浓度与12 m、15 m、16 m、17 m和19 m组没有表现出很强的显著性,浅层卤水氨浓度较高的原因主要是卤水中的有机氨密度较小,从而悬浮在卤水上层;较深层位卤水氨浓度较高则是溶剂通过自然渗透方式进入采卤井所致.
The production scale of food and pharmaceutical grade potassium chloride in our country is small,and it's difficult to meet the market demand.The use of low ammonia nitrogen brine for direct production of food grade and pharmaceutical grade potassium chloride is a feasible way to improve product quality and reduce production costs.The key to selecting low ammonia nitrogen brine is to clarify the distribution characteristics of ammonia in salt lake brine.This article takes the mining area of Qarhan Salt Lake as the research object.Based on the current status of resource development in the mining area,samples were taken from the original brine in both horizontal and vertical directions,and representative data were selected for analysis.The results show that the brine in the mining area of Qarhan Salt Lake can be divided into three high ammonia areas and four low ammonia areas.Among the three high ammonia areas,the first and second high ammonia areas are caused by mining and dissolution operations,while the third high ammonia area may be caused by leakage and diffusion of flotation tailings into the brine tank during recycling.Among the four low ammonia areas,the distribution of areas ① and ③ is relatively concentrated,while the distribution of areas ② and ④ is relatively narrow.However,area ④ is closer to the processing plant,making brine extraction and transportation more convenient.Therefore,it is more appropriate to select the range of ammonia mass concentration of 20~40 mg/L in areas ③ and ④ as the raw material collection point.The Kruskal-Wallis test results indicate that the mass concentration of ammonia in brine is related to its location.Through Dunnett's T3 multiple comparisons,it can be seen that the mass concentration of ammonia in brine at a depth of 1 m does not show strong significance with the groups of 12 m,15 m,16 m,17 m,and 19 m.The reason for the higher mass concentration of ammonia in shal-low brine is mainly due to the lower density of organic ammonia in the brine,which is suspended in the upper layer of the brine;The higher concentration of ammonia in deeper layers is due to the natural permeation of solvents into the brine well.
