磷石膏是磷化工行业产生的大宗固废,具有产量大、成分复杂等特点.传统的堆排方式不仅占用大量土地资源,还极易对环境造成负面影响.因此,如何实现磷石膏的资源化利用已成为业界关注的重要课题.近年来,磷石膏在建筑材料领域的应用研究取得了显著进展.本文分析了磷石膏的物理化学特性,综述了磷石膏在建筑胶凝材料、石膏砌块、石膏板材及水泥、水泥缓凝剂等建筑材料领域的资源化利用现状,展望了磷石膏资源化利用的研究方向.未来需进一步加强磷石膏的提纯、改性等技术研究,不断提高磷石膏基建筑材料制品的性能,拓展其应用范围,提升磷石膏综合利用水平.

Phosphogypsum is a bulk solid waste produced in phosphorus chemical industry,which has the characte-ristics of large yield and complex composition.The traditional stacking and discharging method not only occupies a lot of land resources,but also easily causes negative impact on the environment.Therefore,how to realize the resource utilization of phosphogypsum solid waste has become an important issue concerned by the industry.In recent years,the application of phosphogypsum in the field of building materials has made remarkable progress.In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of phosphogypsum are analyzed,and the current situation of resource utilization of phosphogypsum in building cementitious materials,gypsum blocks,gypsum plates,cement,cement retarder and oth-er building materials are reviewed.The research direction of resource utilization of phosphogypsum is prospected.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the purification and modification of phosphogypsum technology research,continuously improve the performance of phosphogypsum based building materials products,expand its ap-plication range,and improve the comprehensive utilization level of phosphogypsum.
