有机垃圾厌氧消化性能强化技术研究现状及进展
Research status and progress in technology for enhancing anaerobic digestion performance of organic waste
摘要
Abstract
Anaerobic digestion(AD)has emerged as a promising technology for the treatment of organic waste, aligning with the goals of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality in the context of new development philosophy. However, the full-scale operation of AD reactors faces challenges such as low biogas production efficiency and process instability.Effectively enhancing performance is crucial to ensuring the high efficiency and stable operation of the AD systems. This paper explores the theoretical metabolic process of AD,identifying inherent bottlenecks in conventional processes and proposing precise enhancement strategies. The outlined targeted enhancement strategies include co-digestion,substrate pretreatment, additives, bioaugmentation, and process optimization.Subsequently, recent research cases, enhancement effects, and mechanisms of these strategies are surveyed, and corresponding application bottlenecks and development directions are discussed. While existing technologies have demonstrated methane yield improvements ranging from 1.5 to 42 times in laboratory studies challenges persist.Co-digestion increases economic costs related to raw material collection and storage, pretreatment raises energy consumption, additives entail high costs and potential environmental risks, bioaugmentation faces challenges in determining microbial colonization, and process optimization needs to address practical application issues.Future research should focus on intensifying life cycle assessment and techno-economic analysis for AD,refining enhancement technologies, and providing sustainable solutions for organic waste treatment and resource recovery.关键词
