Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of fine duct nursing in perioperative period of oral cancer.Methods:Fifty patients with oral cancer who needed radical surgery for oral cancer received from May 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects.The control group received routine nursing(perioperative),and the control group received refined pipeline nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The post-intervention oral comfort levels,cleanliness,self-efficacy,self-management behaviors,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:Before intervention,the postopera-tive oral comfort,cleanliness of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of the postoperative oral comfort,cleanliness of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,self-efficacy,self-management behavior and total score of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,self-efficacy,self-management behavior and total score of the observation group were higher(P<0.05).After intervention,the incidence of pipe distortion,pipe disconnection,pipe blockage and total pipe adverse events in the observation group were lower(P<0.05),the incidence of thrombus formation,phlebitis,blood seepage,pipe infection and complications after catheterization in observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of refined pipeline nursing in perioperative period of oral cancer can improve oral comfort,cleanliness and self-management ability,and reduce the probability of adverse events and complications after catheterization,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
