外源水杨酸干预高钙胁迫下苍术差异代谢物的分析
Analysis of Differential Metabolites of Atractylodes rhizoma under High Calcium Stress Intervention with Exogenous Salicylic Acid

Abstract
In this study,metabolomics was further used to screen differential metabolites in Atractylodes rhizo-ma under high calcium(Ca)stress intervention with exogenous salicylic acid.Results showed that there were 55 metabolites showing significant differences between the high calcium stress group and control group,inclu-ding 26 up-regulated and 29 down-regulated metabolites,mainly lipids.There were 38 metabolites showing significant differences between the the high calcium stress group interventing with salicylic acid and the high calcium stress group,including 26 up-regulated and 12 down-regulated metabolites,mainly lipids and carbo-hydrates.HCA analysis showed that the content of some metabolites,such as d-Desthiobiotin,Isogerma-furene,Hericenone C,11-Deacetylvaltrate 11-(3-hydroxy-3-methylbutanoate),9,10-DHOME,13(S)-HPOT,Nap-Asn-OH,Myristoylglycine,Glabrin C,increased or decreased under high calcium stress and the content partially recovered after salicylic acid intervention,indicating that exogenous salicylic acid could effec-tively alleviate the effect of high calcium stress to the metabolism of A.rhizoma.关键词
