商洛市商州区食用菌产业高质量发展对策探析
Analysis of Strategies for High-Quality Development of Edible Fungus Industry in Shangzhou District Shangluo City
摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of the development of the county's industrial economy,this article studies the quality of the development of the edible fungus industry in Shangzhou district,Shangluo city.It is found that it has outstanding advantages in the ecological environment,industrial foundation,production model,production technology level and market competitiveness.However,there are problems such as weak supply capacity of high-quality products,unreasonable variety structures,weak ability to respond to risks,and weak brand influ-ence.It also proposes a countermeasure to realize the high-quality development of the edible fungus industry by optimizing the industrial structure,enhancing technical content,strengthening brand building,and broade-ning market channels.关键词
