思维导图联合问题式学习教学法在皮肤性病学临床本科教学中的应用OA
Application of mind mapping combined with the teaching method of problem-based learn-ing in undergraduate teaching of clinical dermatology and venereology
目的 探讨思维导图联合问题式学习(PBL)教学法在皮肤性病学临床本科教学中的应用效果.方法 选取96名在青岛大学附属医院皮肤科见习的青岛大学临床医学专业本科生为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组48人.试验组采用思维导图联合PBL教学法,对照组采用传统PBL教学法,课程结束后通过理论考核和问卷调查方式进行教学效果的综合评估.结果 试验组的理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.10,P<0.05);试验组在提高自主学习能力、锻炼临床思维、整合课程学习、延长记忆时长方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05).结论 在皮肤性病学临床本科教学中应用思维导图联合PBL教学法,教学效果优于PBL教学法.
Objective To explore the effect of application of mind mapping combined with the teaching method of problem-based learning(PBL)in undergraduate teaching of clinical dermatolo-gy and venereology.Methods This study included a total of 96 undergraduate students who ma-jored in clinical medicine at Qingdao University,and were interns in the dermatology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Qingdao University.The participants were randomly divided into the experimental group(48 cases,using mind mapping combined with the teaching method of PBL)and the control group(48 cases,using traditional PBL teaching method).After the course,the comprehensive evaluation of teaching effect was carried out through written examination and ques-tionnaire survey.Results The written test scores of experimental group were higher than those of the control group(t=3.10,P<0.05).The experimental group was superior to the control group in improving independent learning ability,exercising clinical thinking,integrating course learn-ing,and extending memory duration(P<0.05 for all).Conclusion The mind mapping com-bined with the teaching method of PBL has better teaching effect than the teaching method of PBL alone in undergraduate teaching of clinical dermatology and venereology.
