Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping,centering on basic issues of the superiority of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics,has delivered a series of important remarks.These important re-marks not only inherit and develop Marxist institutional advantage theory,but reflect and summarize the practice of socialist coun-tries in the system construction,as well as refute and counterattack the words and deeds of hostile forces which slander China.The core essence of Xi Jinping,s important remarks on the institutional advantages mainly includes the main manifestations of the insti-tutional advantages,the formation reasons,the evaluation criteria and the path and method of enhancement,forming a theoretical system with rich content and strict logic.This important statement has important theoretical and practical significance for enrich-ing and developing the theory of Marxist institutional advantages,further guiding the people to strengthen the confidence of the sys-tem,enhancing the voice of China,s system,and promoting the improvement and development of the national system and national governance system.关键词
