青年大学生"内卷化"表征、归因及"破圈"路径研究
Research on the Attribution,Mechanism and Path of Breaking the Circle of Young College Students'Involution
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of the macro policy of stabilizing employment and ensuring employment,the problem of invo-lution in education has become more and more prominent and has received widespread attention from the society.The internaliza-tion of young college students presents a realistic representation of instrumentalism,self alienation,modernity anxiety,and subcul-ture.At present,The effective supply and demand in the youth employment market are both insufficient.The devaluation of educa-tional qualifications and the concept of employment and career choices are accelerating the process of internalization,and social,school,and personal factors are intertwined and complex.Clarifying the root cause of the problem can provide targeted solutions to eliminate the complex phenomenon of internal competition and effectively alleviate the relationship between social equity,talent selection,and educational internal competition.Therefore,we should build a path of breaking the circle from the inside to the out-side,and put forward some suggestions on actively breaking through the circle from the aspects of establishing the correct concept of career selection,cultivating the concept of youth struggle,establishing a multi-talent training system,creating a training ground for school-enterprise cooperation,providing employment policy support,and purifying the competitive environment for job hunting,etc.关键词
