数字普惠金融对林业产业发展的影响
The Impact of Digital Inclusive Finance on the Development of Forestry Industry
摘要
Abstract
⑴ Background——Digital inclusive finance is a financial innovation based on internet technology. In the context of the digital era, digital inclusive finance has become a new engine for high-quality economic develop-ment,and an important driving force for the development of the forestry industry from the traditional development mode to the modern development mode. ⑵ Methods——The research data were mainly from the Peking University Digital Financial Inclusion In-dex of China(PKU-DFIIC),China Forestry and Grassland Statistical Yearbooks,China Statistical Yearbooks, and the website of the National Bureau of Statistics.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2011 to 2021,this paper empirically analyzed the impact of digital inclusive finance on the development of forestry industry and its spatial transmission mechanism by using two-way fixed effects model and spatial Dubin model. ⑶ Results——First, digital inclusive finance has a significant effectin promoting the development of forest-ry industry, and this conclusion is still valid after the placebo test and the robustness test of Bartik instrumental variables.Second, the impact of digital inclusive finance on the development of forestry industry has regional het-erogeneity,ecological civilization development degree heterogeneity and dimensional heterogeneity.Specifically, the promotion effect of digital inclusive finance is more significant in the eastern region, but not in the central and western regions. In the regions with high degree of ecological civilization development, the impact of digital inclusive finance on the development of forestry industry is significantly higher than that in the regions with low degree of ecological civilization development. In addition, the coverage breadth of digital inclusive finance signifi-cantly promoted the development of forestry industry at the level of 10%,while the digitization degree and the depth of use of digital inclusive finance were not significant.Third, the promotion of digital inclusive finance to the development of forestry industry has a spatial transmission effect, and the development of digital inclusive fi-nance in a region will become the core driving force for the development of forestry industry in surrounding areas.Fourth, forestry industry development has the positive spatial autocorrelation characteristics of"high-high"ag-gregation and"low-low"aggregation. ⑷ Conclusions and Discussions——Based on the above research conclusions, the following policy sug-gestions are put forward:First, vigorously improve the construction of digital infrastructure, accelerate the appli-cation of digital technologies such as 5G,the Internet of Things and cloud computing, and promote the digital transformation of the forestry industry.Second, optimize the spatial layout of forestry industry structure, promote the coordinated development of forestry industry and digital inclusive finance, give play to the spatial spillover effect of digital inclusive finance on the development of forestry industry, and effectively allocate and utilize forest-ry resources.Third, improve the intensity of environmental regulations, strengthen the supervision of industries with high pollution and high energy consumption, and promote the construction of ecological civilization.Fourth, formulate a digital inclusive financial development strategy suitable for the development of the region according to local conditions,so as to promote the high-quality development of the forestry industry.关键词
