Abstract
The design concept,structure and main functions of the insulated elbow test bench are in-troduced,and reinforcement measures for the elbow are proposed.The test bench can monitor the stress and strain data of the elbow during the test process,and then determine the vulnerable po-sition of the elbow.The test results show that the cen-ter position of the inner and outer walls of the elbow is prone to damage.Reinforcement scheme is to add a support ring plate and a support plate inside the elbow to strengthen the support at the stress concentration point of the elbow.The test results show that the inner and outer walls of the reinforced elbow are not dam-aged,and the reinforcement measures are effective.关键词
