摘要

Abstract

A phase change energy storage floor with heat storage pipes(encapsulated with phase change materials)installed inside the floor is pro-posed.The simulation method is used to screen the phase-change materials and heat storage tube arrange-ments,and the heat transfer performance of phase-change energy storage floor and traditional floor(with-out heat storage tube)during the heat storage stage is compared.Phase-change materials include paraffin,calcium chloride hexahydrate and sodium sulfate deca-hydrate.The dosage of phase-change materials is basi-cally the same,and the number of heat storage tubes in the four types of heat storage tube arrangements is 2-5.Paraffin is selected as the phase-change material by comprehensive considering factors such as the stable period of floor surface tem-perature,the heat flux density of floor surface,and the proportion of radiant heat transfer on the floor surface during the heat release stage.Under the premise of a certain amount of phase change material,considering factors such as the uniformity of temperature distribu-tion on the floor surface,processing difficulty,and heat flux density on the floor surface,layout method 2 is se-lected.Compared with traditional floor,heat storage pipes enhance the heat transfer ability of phase change energy storage floor during the heat storage stage.
