摘要

Abstract

For a public building with central-ized air-conditioning system,the user complaints are classified based on the complaint content,the type of complaint user and the complaint time,and the causes of the problems are analyzed,and the fault diagnosis is carried out.The vast majority of complaints are about the poor performance of the air conditioning system,and water leakage is also one of the main reasons for complaints,and many users are concerned about the cooling and heating costs of air conditioners.Due to the large number of office users,the vast majority of complaints come from them.Complaints are mostly concentrated during the cooling period,mainly due to the poor performance and water leakage of the air con-ditioning system during the cooling period.
