聚能环对燃气灶性能的影响OA
Influence of Energy Gathering Ring on Performance of Gas Range
选取市场上具有典型结构的聚能环搭配大气式燃气灶,对搭配聚能环后的燃气灶热负荷、过剩空气系数为1时干烟气中CO体积分数(称为特征CO体积分数)、热效率进行测试,分析聚能环对燃气灶技术参数的影响.当燃气灶搭配原装聚能环使用时,实测折算热负荷和特征CO体积分数符合标准要求,同时可有效提升热效率.考察实测折算热负荷、特征CO体积分数、热效率这3个技术参数,所试验的自行搭配聚能环均不能实现3个技术参数都符合标准要求.如需提高燃气灶热效率,应使用燃气灶原装聚能环,不得使用自行搭配聚能环.
Atmospheric gas range paired with energy gathering rings having typical structures in the market are selected to test the heat load,CO volume fraction in dry flue gas with excess air coefficient of 1(referred to as characteristic CO volume fraction)and thermal efficiency of the gas range paired with energy gathering rings,and analyze the influence of energy gathering rings on the technical parameters of the gas range.When using gas range paired with an original energy gathering rings,the measured converted heat load and characteristic CO volume fraction meet the standard requirements,while effectively improving the thermal efficiency.Three technical parameters of meas-ured converted heat load,characteristic CO volume fraction and thermal efficiency are investigated,and the self-matching energy gathering ring tested cannot a-chieve all three technical parameters that meet the standard requirements.If it is necessary to improve the thermal efficiency of gas range,the original energy gathering rings of gas range should be used,and self-matching energy gathering rings should not be used.
