摘要

Abstract

Taking an actual project as an exam-ple,the under-pressure renovation methods for the hid-den dangers of insufficient horizontal clearance,corro-sion perforation and insufficient burial depth of old gas pipelines in D720 × 7.0 and D630 × 7.0 are ana-lyzed.For the pipelines with insufficient horizontal clearance,they can be renovated by short-distance un-der-pressure plugging(single plugging)method and in-situ pipe replacement.For the corroded and perfora-ted pipelines,they can be renovated by long-distance under-pressure plugging(double plugging)and laying in the same ditch.For pipelines with insufficient burial depth,if the land requisition conditions are available and the conditions of under-pressure movement opera-tion are available,it is more economical to choose the under-pressure movement method for renovation;For situations where land acquisition coordination is diffi-cult or the construction period is relatively short,it is advisable to choose the method of the under-pressure plugging for renovation.
