Abstract
When bearing large-tonnage impact load,the load transfer device needs to evenly distribute the concentrated load of 100 tons and effectively transfer it to the installation base to reduce the impact load deviation of the system.In this paper,a structural design of load transmission device based on the principle of uniform load distribution is proposed,and the impact dynamics simulation analysis of load distribution uniformity was carried out based on finite element method,and the influencing factors of distribution uniformity were determined,and the influence weights of different factors on distribution uniformity were analyzed.In addition,a loading test was carried out to verify the authenticity of the simulation results.According to the research results,the control requirements of influencing factors were reflected in the manufacturing process of the load transfer device,thus improving the uniformity of large-tonnage multi-point load distribution and improving the bearing safety of the structure.关键词
