焊接残余应力对实腹式伸缩臂架稳定性影响

Abstract
The uneven temperature field in the welding process causes high residual stress around the weld which may affect the bearing capacity of the structure.Considering the welding residual stress produced in the manufacturing process of the solid-bellied telescopic boom in the mobile crane,in this paper,taking the U-shaped telescopic boom of a truck crane as the research object,the welding residual stress was simulated by using the thermal-elastic-plastic method and the inherent strain method,and the distribution of the residual stress was obtained,and the results of the two methods were analyzed and compared.The residual stress results were introduced into the boom model,and the initial defects of the boom ere simulated by the uniform defect mode method followed by the analysis of nonlinear stability.The results show that the residual stress led to a decrease of 6.63%of the critical buckling load of the boom.关键词
