甘肃省化妆品不良反应监测知信行现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of the current situation of knowledge,attitude and practice of cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring and its influencing factors in Gansu Province

Abstract
The sutdy aimed to understand the current situation of knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of individual consumers and practitioners related to cosmetic adverse reaction(CAR)monitoring in Gansu Province and its influencing factors,so as to provide reference for CAR monitoring in Gansu Province.A sample survey was conducted in Gansu Province for individual consumers,medical institutions,cosmetic production and management enterprises,beauty salon institutions and consumer associations practitioners.Face-to-face questionnaire interviews were used to obtain the current status of CAR monitoring KAP,and generalized linear models were used to analyze their influencing factors,and rank sum tests were used to compare differences between groups.A total of 1 084 subjects were included in the study.There were differences in the KAP levels of the study participants,amounting to 29.52%,65.04%and 77.21%in knowledge,attitude and practice,respectively,with the lowest score in knowledge level.The results of the generalized linear model showed that the KAP was influenced by different factors.Age,ethnicity,literacy,and institutional origin were factors influencing knowledge;gender,ethnicity,high school literacy,and institutional origin were factors influencing attitudes;and ethnicity and institutional origin were factors influencing practice.The common influences of KAP were ethnicity and institutional origin.The factors influencing KAP also differed across institutional source subjects.The level of KAP for CAR monitoring needs to be improved and is influenced by age,ethnicity,literacy,and different institutional sources.Therefore,to improve the knowledge level of CAR monitoring of the public and practitioners of relevant institutions can improve public participation in monitoring enthusiasm,which is important to promote CAR monitoring.关键词
