Abstract

Through oil-in-water emulsification,the lecithin-derived liposomes were dispersed in the water phase and the high concentration of ascorbate tetraisopalmitate(Vitamin C tetra-isopalmitate)was dispersed in the oil phase to prepare a certain dosage form of preparation,and to avoiding the stability problems and low drug loading problems caused by liposome encapsulation.The results showed that after emulsification of 10%VCIP with different concentrations of liposomes,the transdermal absorption was enhanced.With the increase of liposome concentration,the permeability of VCIP first increased and then stabilized.The results of anti-H2O2 oxidative damage,promotion of fibroblast proliferation,collagen-related gene expression,anti-melanin test and inhibition of matrix metalloproteinase gene expression showed that emulsified preparations containing liposome had stronger efficacy than those without liposome,and showed a very significant difference when the liposome concentration was≥0.5%.This study has certain guiding significance in the transdermal absorption preparations of cosmetics.
