基于流变分析的玉米去雄抽取式夹持装置研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Study on the Extraction and Holding Device of Maize Desamination Based on Rheological Analysis
针对玉米去雄设备存在喂入困难、去雄率低、叶片损失严重的问题,该研究设计了一种抽取式夹持去雄装置,说明了其主要结构与工作原理.通过对雄穗夹持运动与受力分析,确定了影响去雄作业关键作业参数的取值范围.构建了玉米雄穗的Burgers流变数字模型,根据不同探头速度下雄穗力与变形的曲线拟合了流变数字模型参数,分析了充气夹持轮径向垂直刚度、两轮间距、充气夹持轮转速与抽取式夹持装置夹持力的关系.应用三因素三水平正交试验方法,以充气夹持轮径向垂直刚度、两轮间距、充气夹持轮转速为试验因素,去雄率、叶片损失率为评价指标,结果表明最优参数组合为充气夹持轮径向垂直刚度66.8 N/mm、两轮间距256 mm、充气夹持轮转速100 r/min,在最优参数组合下进行试验验证,得到去雄率为96.7%、叶片损失率为63.3%,较未去雄区域增产5.6%,符合行业标准和农艺要求,该研究为抽取式玉米去雄机提供了理论参考.
To address the issues of difficult feeding,low rate of detasseling,and severe leaf loss in corn detasseling equipment,this study designed a suction-type clamping detasseling device and explained its main structure and operating principle.Through the analysis of the tassel clamping motion and force,the value range of key operational parameters affecting the detasseling operation was determined.The Burgers rheological digital model of corn tassels was constructed,and the rheological digital model parameters were fitted based on the curves of tassel force and deformation under different probe speeds.The connection among the radial vertical stiffness of the pneumatic clamping wheel,the spacing among the two wheels,the rotation speed of the pneumatic clamping wheel,and the clamping force of the suction-type clamping device was analyzed.An orthogonal experiment method with three factors at three levels was applied,using the radial vertical stiffness of the pneumatic clamping wheel,the spacing between the two wheels,and the rotation speed of the pneumatic clamping wheel as experimental factors,with detasseling rate and leaf loss rate as evaluation indicators.The results indicated that the optimal parameter combination was a radial vertical stiffness of 66.8 N/mm for the pneumatic clamping wheel,a spacing of 256 mm between the two wheels,and a rotation speed of 100 r/min for the pneumatic clamping wheel.Under this optimal parameter combination,experimental verification yielded a detasseling rate of 96.7%and a leaf loss rate of 63.3%,with an increase in yield of 5.6%compared to the non-detasseled area,meeting industry standards and agronomic requirements.This study provides theoretical reference for the development of suction-type corn detasseling machines.
