多花黄精种子物理特性试验研究OA北大核心CSTPCD
Experimental Research on Physical Characteristics of Seeds of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua
为获得多花黄精播种机设计参数,以贵州省多花黄精种子为研究对象,进行千粒重、比重、三维尺寸、含水率、种子活力,滑动摩擦角、滑动摩擦因数、休止角等物理特性试验研究.试验结果表明:多花黄精种子的含水率为34.46%,长宽厚平均尺寸分别为4.65 mm、4.04 mm、3.52 mm,球度为86.95%,平均千粒质量为44.98 g,休止角为26.29°,滑动摩擦角(不锈钢、有机玻璃、铝合金和塑料)分别为15°、13.7°、16°和17.3°,种子活力为97.25%.该研究填补了多花黄精种子重要特性参数研究的空白,为多花黄精播种机装置结构和性能参数设计提供理论依据.
In order to obtain the design parameters of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua seeder,the physical characteristics of P.cyrtonema Hua seeds in Guizhou Province,such as 1 000-grain weight,specific gravity,three-dimensional size,moisture content,seed vigor,sliding friction angle,sliding friction factor and angle of repose,were studied.The results showed that the water content of P.cyrtonema Hua seeds was 34.46%,the average length,width and size were 4.65 mm,4.04 mm and 3.52 mm respectively,the sphericity was 86.95%,the average 1 000-grain mass was 44.98 g,the angle of repose was 26.29,and the sliding friction angles(stainless steel,plexiglass,aluminum alloy and plastic)were 15、13.7、16 and 17.3 respectively,The seed vigor is 97.25%.This study fills the gap in the study of important characteristic parameters of P.cyrtonema Hua seeds and provides theoretical basis for the design of the structure and performance parameters of Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua seeder.
