热敏灸联合克罗米芬治疗肾阳虚型多囊卵巢综合征不孕的疗效观察
Therapeutic observation of treating infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome due to kidney Yang deficiency with heat-sensitive moxibustion plus Clomiphene citrate

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of treating infertility in polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)with heat-sensitive moxibustion plus Clomiphene citrate.Method Sixty-four eligible patients with PCOS-induced infertility of kidney Yang deficiency pattern were divided into an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Clomiphene citrate,and the observation group was offered heat-sensitive moxibustion plus Clomiphene citrate.Before and after the treatment,changes in the endometrium and follicle diameter were compared before and after the treatment.The two groups were also compared in terms of ovulation,pregnancy outcomes,and clinical efficacy.Result After the treatment,the maximum follicle diameter and the endometrium thickness increased in both groups(P＜0.05),and those in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P＜0.05).The observation group had 47 ovulation times and 6 anovulation times,obtaining an ovulation rate of 88.7%,and the control group had 31 ovulation times and 9 anovulation times,obtaining an ovulation rate of 77.5%;there was no significant difference in the ovulation rate between the two groups(P＞0.05).There were 12 pregnant cases and 20 nonpregnant cases in the observation group versus 7 and 25 cases in the control group;the difference was statistically insignificant between the two groups(P＞0.05).The total effective rate was 87.5%in the observation group,higher than 62.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of PCOS-induced infertility,heat-sensitive moxibustion plus Clomiphene citrate can increase endometrium,enlarge follicle diameter,and promote ovulation,producing more significant efficacy than using Clomiphene citrate alone.关键词
