麦粒灸联合高糖湿敷治疗产后痔疮急性发作的疗效观察
Efficacy observation of wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion combined with high glucose wet compress in the treatment of acute postpartum hemorrhoidal flare-ups

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute postpartum hemorrhoidal episodes by combining wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion at extra points with high glucose wet compresses.Method A total of 180 patients with acute postpartum hemorrhoidal attack were selected as research subjects,and were divided into group A,group B and group C by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Group A was treated with high glucose wet compresses,group B was treated with wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion at extra points and group C was treated with wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion at extra points combined with high glucose wet compresses.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse effects of the three groups were compared,and the changes of hemorrhoid volume,hemorrhoid pain score and hemorrhoid edema score were observed before treatment and after 1 d,2 d and 3 d of treatment.Result Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hemorrhoid volume,hemorrhoid pain score and hemorrhoid edema score among the three groups(P＞0.05).After 1 d,2 d and 3 d of treatment,the volume of hemorrhoids in group C was smaller than that in groups B and A(P＜0.05),and that in group B was smaller than that in group A(P＜0.05);the pain score in group C was lower than that in groups B and A(P＜0.05),and that in group B was lower than that in group A(P＜0.05);and the hemorrhoidal edema score in group C was lower than that in groups B and A(P＜0.05),and that in group B was lower than that in group A(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of group C was higher than that of group B and group A(P＜0.05),and that of group B was higher than that of group A(P＜0.05).The difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions among the three groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute postpartum hemorrhoidal episodes with high glucose wet compresses is better than that of the treatment of wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion at extra points alone and high glucose wet compresses alone,which can effectively promote the reduction of hemorrhoidal volume,eliminate the edema of hemorrhoids,and alleviate pain caused by hemorrhoids.关键词
