麦粒灸联合高糖湿敷治疗产后痔疮急性发作的疗效观察OACSTPCD
Efficacy observation of wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion combined with high glucose wet compress in the treatment of acute postpartum hemorrhoidal flare-ups
目的 观察经外奇穴麦粒灸联合高糖湿敷治疗产后痔疮急性发作的临床疗效.方法 选择 180 例产后痔疮急性发作患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为A组、B组和C组,每组 60 例.A组用高糖湿敷治疗,B组用经外奇穴麦粒灸治疗,C组用经外奇穴麦粒灸联合高糖湿敷治疗.比较3 组的临床疗效及不良反应发生率,观察治疗前以及治疗 1 d、2 d、3 d后痔疮体积、痔疮疼痛评分和痔疮水肿评分的变化.结果 治疗前,3 组痔疮体积、痔疮疼痛评分和痔疮水肿评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).治疗 1 d、2 d、3 d后,C组痔疮体积小于B组和A组(P＜0.05),B组小于A组(P＜0.05);C组疼痛评分低于B组和A组(P＜0.05),B组低于A组(P＜0.05);C组痔疮水肿评分低于B组和A组(P＜0.05),B组低于A组(P＜0.05).C组总有效率高于B组和A组(P＜0.05),B组高于A组(P＜0.05).3 组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 经外奇穴麦粒灸联合高糖湿敷治疗产后痔疮急性发作的临床疗效优于单一经外奇穴麦粒灸和单一高糖湿敷治疗,可有效促进痔疮体积缩小,消除痔疮水肿,缓解痔疮引起的疼痛.
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute postpartum hemorrhoidal episodes by combining wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion at extra points with high glucose wet compresses.Method A total of 180 patients with acute postpartum hemorrhoidal attack were selected as research subjects,and were divided into group A,group B and group C by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Group A was treated with high glucose wet compresses,group B was treated with wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion at extra points and group C was treated with wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion at extra points combined with high glucose wet compresses.The clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse effects of the three groups were compared,and the changes of hemorrhoid volume,hemorrhoid pain score and hemorrhoid edema score were observed before treatment and after 1 d,2 d and 3 d of treatment.Result Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hemorrhoid volume,hemorrhoid pain score and hemorrhoid edema score among the three groups(P＞0.05).After 1 d,2 d and 3 d of treatment,the volume of hemorrhoids in group C was smaller than that in groups B and A(P＜0.05),and that in group B was smaller than that in group A(P＜0.05);the pain score in group C was lower than that in groups B and A(P＜0.05),and that in group B was lower than that in group A(P＜0.05);and the hemorrhoidal edema score in group C was lower than that in groups B and A(P＜0.05),and that in group B was lower than that in group A(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of group C was higher than that of group B and group A(P＜0.05),and that of group B was higher than that of group A(P＜0.05).The difference in the incidence rate of adverse reactions among the three groups was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the treatment of acute postpartum hemorrhoidal episodes with high glucose wet compresses is better than that of the treatment of wheat-grain sized cone moxibustion at extra points alone and high glucose wet compresses alone,which can effectively promote the reduction of hemorrhoidal volume,eliminate the edema of hemorrhoids,and alleviate pain caused by hemorrhoids.
