农民环境权与集体发展权联动及共进析论
Analysis of the linkages between farmers'environmental rights and collective development rights and their coordinated progress
摘要
Abstract
Farmers'environmental rights provide the material foundation and development environment for farmers'collective de-velopment rights,both of which are concerned with the realization of rural revitalization and common prosperity in rural areas.However,farmers'environmental rights face practical issues such as insufficient legal protection,unbalanced development due to the dual structure of urban and rural areas,and the aspirations for a"better life"further raise the requirements of"livable"and"via-ble"development in rural areas,which should be properly addressed.Therefore,effective governance models and institutional safeguards are needed to achieve resonance between farmers'environmental rights and their collective development rights,so as to accelerate rural revitalization and common prosperity.关键词
