Formation of new agricultural productivity:characteristics,challenges and practical paths
摘要
Abstract
At the new development stage,implementing the new development philosophy,constructing a new pattern of agricul-tural development and forming a new agricultural productivity are the intrinsic requirements and important focus points to realize the Chinese agricultural modernization,promote high-quality agricultural production,and build a strong agricultural country.From a practical point of view,the unprecedented scientific and technological innovation has pooled the core driving force for the formation and development of new quality productivity in agriculture.The new qualitative factor of"Digital intelligence"and the new round of industrial revolution expanded the enabling variables for the iterative leap from traditional agricultural productivity to new qualitative agricultural productivity,which made it characterized with scientific and technological innovation,high quality of laborers,broad developing fields,strong integration of factors,etc.However,in the process of forming and developing new agri-cultural productivity,we will inevitably face the reality of insufficient capital investment and technical support for the transforma-tion of agricultural modernization,the inertia obstacles of the long-term urban-rural dual structure system,the inadequate develop-ment of the integration of the agricultural industrial system,and the shortage of new agricultural talents and resources.It is neces-sary to adhere to the logic of demand-induced progress in practice,and promote the accelerated formation of new agricultural pro-ductivity through the four paths of constructing the independent and controllable cornerstone of agricultural scientific and techno-logical innovation,building a modernized agricultural production and management system,developing a modernized agricultural industrial system,and comprehensively fostering the cultivation of new agricultural talents.关键词
