OBE教育理念下地方应用型本科高校质量文化建设路径研究
Research on the Path of Quality Culture Construction in Local Application-oriented Undergraduate Universities Under the OBE Education Concept

Abstract
The new round of audit and evaluation leads the reform and innovation of colleges and universities with the evaluation concept,strengthens the OBE education concept of "student centered,output oriented and continuous improvement",guides colleges and universities to cultivate the quality culture of "pursuing excellence"on the basis of sound and perfect quality assurance system,and organically integrates the "rigid constraint"of quality system with the "soft governance"of quality culture.We will promote the connotative and high-quality development of uni-versities and colleges.In order to comply with the innovative development needs of our undergraduate teaching eva-luation system and ensure the quality of application-oriented talents training,local application-oriented undergradu-ate colleges and universities should adhere to the OBE education concept,take quality spirit culture,quality system culture,quality behavior culture and quality material culture as carriers,and integrate quality awareness,quality standards,quality evaluation and quality management into the whole process of education and teaching.The pursuit of quality will be internalized into the common value pursuit and behavior consciousness of all teachers and students of the university,and provide lasting internal impetus for the school to improve the quality of education and teach-ing.关键词
